In this role I developed and maintained over 200+ comprehensive automated end-to-end test cases utilizing a Selenium-based Python testing framework that could identify and help resolve issues before they reached end users.  I thoroughly tested and ensured quality for new and existing features and analyzed patterns in escaped defects to close gaps and prevent future issues. I collaborated with a cross-functional team of developers and product managers to ensure high-quality delivery of 7+ new features, such as Enhanced Anonymity with Field-Level Settings for the Employee Engagement dashboards.

Product Specialist, Qualtrics

In this role, I assisted over 20 customers daily and over 2,000 customers overall with creating, optimizing, and maintaining effective workflows to provide actionable data to improve customer, employee, product, and brand experiences. I provided specialist knowledge and support for 3 separate product lines, triaging and troubleshooting technical issues to aid customers in listening and improving employee engagement, productivity, innovation, and talent acquisition.
